Cancellation and Refund /Replacement Policy

We wish to highlight that we are unable to accommodate requests for cancellation or refund due to customer’s change of mind once the payment is accepted.

Replacement (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or wrong item (s) are delivered to you. You can email us with photographic proof.

We are able to accept refund requests as follows : -

Wrong item is delivered to you.

Please email us with your order number and a photo of wrong item sent. Full refund for wrong item sent.  

A damaged / defective item (s) are delivered to you. 

A damaged / defective item (s) are delivered to you. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

You did not receive your items (s). We provide tracking information on all of our orders. If your order does not arrive at the estimated due date, please email us at contact@sksuperb.com. We will do our best to locate the package first. If it is confirmed that your package is lost in transit, we will issue a refund on your order. Alternatively, a replacement will be delivered to you.

Gift

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver for defective item(s). An email with photographic proof is required. Alternatively, a replacement will be delivered.

Non-cancellation and No Refund

Extended Delays

In some instances, the delivery time of your package may take longer than our policy states. (Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy). Orders may take longer to arrive due to circumstances outside of control, e.g. pandemic disease, natural disasters, high volume of orders, carrier delays, etc. There will be no cancellation and refund under such circumstances.

Incorrect Address

Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to error in the address that you provide. We are sorry that refund is impossible in this case.

Refund

Full refund is offered for regular priced merchandise. Refund will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. For sale and discounted items, refund will be based on the sale or discounted price. Your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive your refund within 14 days business days from the processing date. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please email us at contact@sksuperb.com. Please note that Refund Policy will last for 30 days, after which refund is not possible.
