Shipping and Delivery Policy
SK Superb is utilizing a print on demand business model, partnering with various print providers to work on your print on demand orders. SK Superb will do our utmost to fulfil your orders as quickly as possible.
Your orders might be shipped in multiple shipments for us to optimize shipping and delivery times, if more than one products are ordered.
We are currently shipping to USA.
As this is a made to order business, once you place order, please allow 4 to 7 business days for tracking number. You will be notified of the tracking number via email. Please allow another 7 to 11 business days for delivery once shipped. Normally, you will receive your order earlier than what is stated here, but SK Superb prefers to include additional days for unexpected circumstances that may arise to avoid your disappointment for late delivery of your items. Thank you for your patience and understanding. There will be no cancellation and refund under such unforeseen circumstances. (Please refer to our Refund and Replacement Policy).
Non-delivery due to errors in address
Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to error in the address that you provide. We are sorry that refund is impossible in this case. (Please refer to our Refund and Replacement Policy).
How do I check the status of my order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Order arrives damaged
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. (Please refer to our Refund and Replacement Policy).
Package does not arrive
If your package does not arrive, you are eligible for a refund or replacement if it is due to our fault. However, no refund or replacement if it is proven that item is confirmed delivered to your destination. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact your local Post Office for any issues that might arise after our product reaches the destination country. Import Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SK Superb is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and is your responsibility as the customer.
